The Girls

My girls, Kassi, Nicky and Lisa joined us for a "Girls Night" reunion.  I worked with all three of them at Cutters Bayhouse back in the day.  We had so much fun back in the day, and so glad we've kept it going!  Love these girls!  Kassi and Nicky now reside in the LA area so this doesn't happen very often anymore.  So thankful it came together.  What a wonderful night!

(Lisa had to ditch us early (pre-photo opp), but so happy she was able to join us for a little while.)

Hot Tubbing It

One of the favorite pastimes at Grandma and Grandpa Boehms is being in the hot tub with Grandpa Bill.

Kendall was quite timid at first, but quickly was up to her neck, going under, having the best time alongside her brother.

Zoo Lights

The Gunderson Family gifted us tickets to Woodland Park Zoo's holiday light event.  After having to reschedule due to rain, we finally made it after Christmas.  What a fun outing!  It was a beautiful evening, and we so enjoyed being out in the festive atmosphere.

We also took a spin on the carousel.  Ryan and Kendall would not ride on the horses, and insisted that David ride in the carriage with them.  Natalie, on the other hand, was thrilled to ride her horse!  Her expressions were hysterical.  Love that girl.

Kendall has made the "Naughty" list.  Thankfully she's got some time to get back on the Nice list for next Christmas!

Snow. Snow. Snow.

On Boxing Day we headed up to the mountains to see the snow!  There is nothing more beautiful than snow in the mountains.

Kendall fell asleep on the drive up the mountain, and woke up chanting "Snow", "Snow", "Snow" and then added, "Look at all the Christmas trees!"

We found a hill and enjoyed every second of our time in the snow.  We took a few runs down the hill, had snow ball fights, made a snowman and snow angels and had a dinner of ice.  Well, Natalie did at least.  It was such a great outing.

Christmas 2012
