Liberty Select: Memorial Day Tournament

The Liberty boys played their hearts out on Saturday, winning their first game and ending the second game in a tie (quite controversial, I might add).  They were wiped out, and played that way on Sunday in the hot temperatures but it was a fun weekend none the less.  We love watching this Liberty team grow and develop as they play baseball together.  Such a fun group of kids!

Open Gym

We were invited by some baseball friends to attend open gym at the Middle School.  The kids have been loving it, and picking up some new basketball skills doesn't hurt either!

Fairy Garden Fun with Friends

The girls invited friends over while the boys were at baseball practice today.  They were all captivated by the fairy garden for the longest time.  They each had their own little area, and let their imaginations run wild!  It was so much fun to watch them be creative!

Epic Water Fight

The warm weather has finally arrived!  Hooray!  It was such a cold, wet winter and spring.

We decided to kick off the arrival of sunshine with a family water fight!  So much fun!

Outside Time

We've been spending as much time outside as we can, since we were cooped up for so long - it was seriously the worst winter / spring I can remember.  The rain would not go away.  It feels so lovely to be outside in the fresh air - hanging out in the hammock, playing badminton and gardening!

The girls job today was to organize the shoes in the garage.  Here's how it went down:

Garage Obstacle Course

Ryan set up this ridiculous obstacle course in the garage.  These kids and their ideas!  You just have to go with it, and pray no one gets hurt!

Little League: Giants Baseball

Little League baseball season is well underway!  David signed on to be Team Coach & Manager, which he is loving.  Ryan loves having his dad as a coach too, and the the two of them are having a ball!  They have a great little team that we love to watch play, when it's not raining!  The girls and I have missed quite a few games due to inclement weather - call us fair weather fans if you must!  It's going to be a fun season!

A New Garden

I decided to add a new garden to the back side of the house...because why not?!  I really didn't like looking at the area when I sat at the fire pit, so I dug it up and added some plants that needed to be moved anyway.  I really love the way it turned out, and can't wait to see how it fills in over the next couple years.

Fun with the Boehm Cousins

We enjoyed the weekend with Michael, Jenn, Aubrey and Kaycie!  So fun to have the cousins in the house!
