I love checking out the kid's art when I volunteer at school. I know I'll get it all at the end of the year, but it's super fun getting a sneak peek.
Here are a few of Kendall's pieces that were displayed in the hallway today.

Move That Dirt
We've all been itching to get outside, but it's been nearly impossible with the terribly wet weather we've been having. I decided that I just had to get out and start working on the yard - rain or not. It felt so good to move some dirt and get to work finishing my shade garden area.
Game Room
Ryan got creative today. He and the girls used whatever they could find, mostly boxes, to create an arcade! I love my creative kids.
Kendall's Cartwheels
Kendall insisted I take a video of her doing cartwheels so she could see how she's doing. I think she's doing awesome! Go Kendall!

A Great 1st Season
Kendall's first basketball experience was great. She seemed to love it more and more each week, and got to play with a fun group of girls!

Dead Man
The rain has prevented us from getting outside, so the kids were thrilled when there was a break in the weather and they were able to get on the trampoline to play their favorite game - Dead Man. I guess they stole my phone and created this goofy video. These kids!

Liberty Baseball Underway
Ryan's Liberty Select Baseball team has been practicing since November, and they are finally back in action getting ready for our tournament season! It's fun to be back with this great group of kids and families. Go Liberty!

Painting Pottery with Friends
My girlfriends and I had a much needed girl's night at the local pottery painting shop - it's the cutest place! We had the best time painting and chatting! It may be my new favorite place! I can't wait to take the kid's soon!
Basketball Girl
Kendall seems to be enjoying her basketball experience so far. She doesn't show much emotion when she's on the court, but she's definitely getting the hang of it. We love watching her play!
Volunteering with Kendall
Kendall's Girl Scout troop volunteered at Food Lifeline this morning. The girl's sorted frozen bread. While it wasn't the best project for little girls - frozen bread = frozen little fingers - the girls still had a good time working together.

Science Fair / STEM Night 2017
I chaired the school Science Fair and STEM Night again this year. It was a lot of work but I had amazing support from the new principal, and from the staff which made it a huge success. All the kids and families that attended had a great time! We had some really cool hands on STEM activities including bee bots, 3D printers and exhibits from the Pacific Science Center.
Ryan got to drive the Liberty High School Robotic's Team's robot! This was a hit with all the kids.

Natalie's Necklaces
Natalie has taken up beading this winter. She loves to design, create and bead her own necklaces. She was really into her creation tonight and started singing along as she worked. I secretly got her on video. If she knew I was taping her she would have stopped. She's the cutest!

Luce the Leprechaun
Natalie's Leprechaun drawing. Of course his name is "Lucky", spelled Luce (because that's how a 5 year old sounds it out!). I love this so much!
This was a guided drawing at school. Her talent is amazing to me!

Random Pictures on my Phone
Natalie must stole my phone, and snapped a few pictures of her latest Lego creations. I love when I find random stuff like this on my phone!
