Kindergarten Update

Saying that Kendall LOVES kindergarten is an understatement.  She thinks it's the best thing ever, and adores her teacher so much.  I second that!  Mrs. Kardong is simply amazing and we feel so blessed Kendall is in her room this year.

They've been doing lots of fun drawings and sketches and Kendall is so proud to share them when she gets home.  Love them!  And I love her excitement about school!

She is quite the open book and tells us every detail, where Ryan tells us nothing.  The difference makes me laugh every day.  She's making so many new friends and shares so much about them.

We just love she is having such a positive experience so far.

Here are a few of the drawings she's brought home lately.

Hawks Home Opener

David, Ryan, Bill and I had a great time kicking off the Seahawks home schedule today!  It felt so good to get back to Centurylink Field and cheer on our Hawks!  It was fun to run into friends, too!  Ryan and his buddy Tyke had a blast going through Touchdown City before the game.

We are all so happy football season is upon us!  Go Hawks!

Liberty vs Inglemoor

We had our first "away" game this week and traveled to Inglemoor High School.

It was a beautiful day for a football game, and we enjoyed watching the boys play really well.  They won the game 19-0.

Go Liberty!

The Future of Liberty

After practice tonight the boys jetted over to the High School football game where the Junior Liberty Teams were announced at half-time.  They event got to make the tunnel for the team to run through!

It was a fun experience for all!

Kendall's Pirate Party

Argh!

Happy 6th Birthday Kendall!

Kendall decided to have a pirate treasure hunt birthday theme this year.  It was super fun.  She had 6 friends over to join the adventure after school today.  David came up with the most amazing clues to lead them the hunt for the treasure.  Each spot had a little treasure box with a new clue that lead them to the next one.  The ended up inside where there was a big box with lots of treasure, and snacks.

They all seemed to have a great time, especially Kendall!

School Celebration

There's nothing like being celebrated at school!
