No!

Ryan has been throwing tantrum after tantrum since he woke up from his nap this afternoon. I've been finding myself saying "NO!" every 2 minutes. I'm about ready to pull my hair out! As I was getting his dinner ready he started throwing things. I said "NO" one last time, only to have him turn it on me. He looked at me, shook his finger at me and said "NO". What a little stinker! I couldn't help but laugh, and now he thinks he's funny. I guess we have to keep the humor...

We're off to swimming lessons.

Grandma Karen spotted this train set and table on craigslist yesterday, and we picked it up today. Ryan loves it! He doesn't quite get the concept yet...building the tracks, etc. He just loves to drive the cars. David spent a good chunk of time getting the tracks set up for him, only to have Ryan demolish it in 5 minutes!

Zoo!

We spent the day at the zoo! David and I had so much fun watching Ryan's expressions as he saw the animals. We got pretty close to the giraffes, which was awesome! We also saw ostrich eggs (the largest eggs in the world) Very cool! It was a great day. David and I might have enjoyed ourselves more than Ryan!

Lego Man!

Ryan spent an hour plus playing with his legos last night. He has never done anything like that before. He is usually very quick to move on to the next toy. David and I were shocked he actually sat still that long and focused on one thing!
