We're in debate. Should we cut Kendall's hair, or grow her bangs out? Comments are welcome.

Best Buddies
Kendall and Ryan are self-proclaimed "Best Buddies". They have so much fun together doing random, imaginative things or just snuggling on the sofa.
And when they are not getting along they are quick to announce, "You're not my best buddy anymore!". It only lasts about 5 seconds - which is the amount of time it takes Ryan to realize he can't always have HIS way.
It's really been delightful to watch their relationship develop over the last two months. They have formed quite a bond since we moved. Perhaps this was the reason we were forced to transition to 1/2 day kindergarten?
They crack me up. What a pair!

The Last Smile
Ryan lost his first tooth last week! He was so brave and let his Dad yank it out. I was so impressed. And so thankful David was here to do it. There is no way I could have. I could almost vomit at the thought of it today.
Watching his excitement as he wiggled the loose tooth, and now watching him push his tongue through the new opening is such fun! It does make me a little sad as this is the next big step to growing up. His smile as we knew it is no longer. What will the new one look like? I'm so curious to see how all those new teeth will fit in his mouth. The new tooth looks huge!
Here is the last picture I snapped of the old smile:

For Joan
A wonderful family friend (and former neighbor), Joan Bartz, made the girls Easter dresses. She sent them last year, and the girls finally grew into them. I call that perfect timing!
The girls looked absolutely adorable in them. Aren't the dresses darling?! Love them! Thanks, Joan!!

A Lovely Day
We had a lovely Easter day. The weather was spectacular! Karen and Bill came up to spend the day with us. Melanie stopped by for brunch. The kids loved every part of it. Such fun...until David had to go to work. Boo. It did give the kids and I time to recover from the excitement (and sugar) from the beginning of the day.
Natalie served as our entertainment as always. She was hysterical searching for eggs and carrying her basket around the yard.
The neighbors were out and left some eggs for the kids, too. So fun!

The Easter Bunny left garden gloves for all the kids!
Kisses for Dora!
It's like taking candy from a baby.
Snuggle time with Grandma after a hard morning for the sick boy.
Bubbles with Grandpa!
On the hunt.
This girl decided only pink and purple eggs would do!
So strong.
A new technique.
Ladies in pink.
Digging in...again!
Natalie can not be bothered to smile for a picture when there is candy involved.
Assessing the loot. Plastic eggs are magical things.
My Little Gardeners
A New Place to Nap
As I mentioned, Natalie started climbing out of her crib. The fools that we are, decided to try to get her to sleep in her crib a bit longer as neither of us were quite ready for a big bed transition. Not to mention that we had no time to go in search of a new mattress for her. Obviously, our attempt failed:
This is how I found her at nap time. At least she's asleep, right?!
